ATTEN : I’m going to start unfollow those that post excessive amounts of negativity on the dash for my own health and wellbeing. As an empath it’s really difficult for me to handle a ton of it all at once. I understand the occasional vent post b/c we all need that, but if it’s a super consistent thing, I need to take a step back because a really heavy weight on me. Please don’t assume that I’m upset with you or I don’t want to write with you or be your friend. I’m just in a place where it can be triggering and harmful !!
